Call not connecting

Hi, I am facing issue of voice call not connecting to anyone. I checked with vodafone and contacted samsung also but no solution. Later on I searched web to get it resolved but still no resolution. 

At last I remembered I have made some setting in calling app setting area. In supplementary services, I have selected hide number as shown in below image. This is the setting which causing the issue of call connectivity. 

I changed the setting and it's working fine.

no its not the problem if you hide your no then also call get connected

have you changed or try any experiment like this
if not just give a settings reset ( not factory data reset)
surely it would work

issue is resolved now by changing the hide number settings
