Samsung z fold 5 samsung care activation

Hi all 

I got samsung fold 5 from samsung online store, works well however it says on members app to activate samsung care plus. 

When I click the link and input the IMRI number it says " The IMEI number entered is not eligible for Samsung Care+" 

How is that as the zfold 5 comes with samsung care at the time of purchase from samsung online store and now it is saying not eligible, can some one help.

Have you tried using both the imei to get it registered

Yes tried both even serial number it says the same

After 15 days of purchasing, you can register for Samsung Care+, as per the Samsung policy. I had the same issue, and when I contacted support, they told me this.
