If you have PC try updating your software using Smart Switch PC app. Or contact the person who repaired your phone.

This is for operating system changes like you have installed unofficial os from somewhere else i guess thats why you seeing this ! Try to update from its own site or go to settings > softwareupdate > check updates if available then update it and dont forget to connect your chager while updating your device !

This happened because you may flash the device and new software is duplicate may be. It may be a security issue to your database too. Don't do this again. Original software is not detacted. Please go to service center and install original samsung one ui android os from there
