Your Samsung f23 mobile is not supporting jio 5g. So please solve this issue. We bought Samsung phone because it is a non Chinese and best android mobile brand but You did spam with us. 12 5g band but still not supporting jio 5g. Why sir? Please solve this problem.
We acknowledge your query and apologies for the same. Samsung is working rigorously to release Software Updates on all eligible devices. Most of the 5G devices will get a Software Update to Enable 5G Services soon as updated in our Media communications too. Please stay tunes for the update.
On Jan 31st 2023 , i checked for software update. it showed there is a software update of about 300MB and that was of Galaxy M23's (not sure if that was a typo). I downloaded and installed it, but still my mobile did not recognize Jio 5G network.
In MyJio app it shows me to enable 5G on my mobile where the network mode which was already on 5G/LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) selected
But today (Feb 2nd 2023) it started receiving 5G signal 🥲
