Whenever I make a call Mike works properly but when i put call on speaker mode suddenly Mike stops working and other person can't hear my voice and my voice starts reapeting on my phone
As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.
Restart the device and record your voice to verify: Press & hold the power key > Restart > Tap again to Restart your phone.
Record your voice by using "Voice recorder" and play the recorded audio > Voice Recorder > Tap on the recording to record your voice then tap on Stop to save the recording > Save. Select and tap on recently recorded audio to hear the audio quality. Note: If the recorded audio quality is good, then your microphone is working fine.
