Loading Contacts is very slow

While accessing contacts and it's details it loads very slow and sometime it's dnt show number and other menu details inside. 

Please give some solutions dears.

As per your concern, kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Clear app cache through Device care:
Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.

Note: To delete files or uninstall apps that you do not use anymore, select a category under USER DATA. Then, tick items to select and tap DELETE or UNINSTALL.

The clear cache memory of a particular application:
Settings > Apps > Contact App > Storage > Clear Cache.

Reset app preferences: Settings > Apps > More option > Reset App Preferences.

If the issue persists kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
