Jio5g issue on Samsung F23 5g

Hi 👋 to all friends out there.

Is it me or anyone else also started facing some issues with jio 5g as in below;

1. When you are about to call 📞 you see that the signal has gone. You see a no signal sign. 📵

2. Many times the speed of 5g becomes 2g

3. Call drop issues

4. Battery of course. On 5g its ok

5. Many people have complaint, we have been trying your number but unable to reach for you.

These above issues I have seen and faced specially after the update of samsung F23. 😑

Hi , good morning
1. It shouldn't show no signal sign , instead it should move to 4g only

Please check your apn settings ( go to settings > connection > mobile network > access point names > tap on the specific sim profile >
Now you can simply reset or change valus
Reset is the best option if you don't know much.

Click om 3 dot left then tap reset to default )

2. Speed doesn't depend upon device, it is most probably a network issue

3. Call drop i am not sure bhai

4. Battery will obviously take too much if you use 5g

5. This issue you will only face with jio...
Not only Samsung, you can search on Google & see any mobile device jio says the same thing

You are right about most of the cases but speed does vary depending on the device. A better modem/antenna will give better speeds.

But even if you use the worst one still 5g will not become 2g 😅

And yes as the quality of modem increases speed will also increase.
