Rather than checking that, check whether you feel the battery is draining faster or not from your usual usage?

If yes, then you will need to replace the battery. One last thing you can try is Factory reset and try just incase it's some software issue.

if battery is draining fast than you can replace or if your phone is old than you can switch to new one
