Charging problem in F15 5G

My device (SM-F15 5G) stops charging at 95% while charging. I have also turned off the battery protection but still it stops charging at 95%. To charge more than 95%, I have to unplug the device and put it back on the charger. any solution for this?

Turn off all connection like Bluetooth, data,hotspot , location wifi . And power off your phone then charge it in power off mode when fully charged unplug charger.

I keep all my connections off, even switch to flight mode. Even then the charging gets stuck at 95%. It shows charging is going on and tells that it will be fully charged in 17 minutes but even after 1 hour if I check it, it is still at 95% and tells that it will be fully charged in 17 minutes.

As per your concern, kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Request you to check the charger functionality with a different device or try to charge the same device with a different charger.

If different device charging with the same charger
It seems your charger is functioning, before getting into the mobile-related troubleshooting, I would like to know whether you are using a Samsung approved charger?
Note: We recommend our customers to use only Samsung approved chargers, as 3rd party chargers with different output rating may cause errors in the device.

If the device charging with different charger
It seems there is an issue with your charger, kindly check the physical condition of your charger for any damage.

Battery optimization helps you to boost the battery performance of your device. To check battery optimization:
Settings > Select Device Maintenance/Device Care/Battery and device care > Optimize > Optimize all.

Reset settings: Settings > General Management > Reset.

I am using the original 25 watt charger provided by Samsung and if there was any problem in the charger then it would not have charged even from 0% to 95%. And after 95%, if I unplug the charger and plug it back in, it charges from 95% to 100%, so I don't think there is any problem in the charger.
