Camra Zoom not available on 108mp

Not just Samsung all many mobiles doesn't support zoom in it's full high resolution mood.
You can zoom in default 12mp mood.

Dear then it's better to clarify and other what doing is not matters what should you do matter and brother now samsung on cam scanning is hanging during scan what should i do did company get back it on same and provide me another device instead of that i think i have purchased problem not a mobile
