Stuck on boot loop

Guys I have a problem my A53 5G gets stuck on boot loop and sometimes I does it the whole day. What is the best remedy for this , I've tried everything but it still gets stuck on boot loop

Have you tried a full factory reset? Make sure you take a full backup first.

Yes, I did and it's not helping

Maybe the factory OS image is corrupt as well. Maybe try using samsung smart switch desktop app and using the emergency OS reinstall. I have never tried that before but may help. As always make sure you have a backup of your phone at hand.

Flash a new firmware via odin

It's your only option. Search SamFW tool, you can also get your phones latest firmware from them as well.

So when I'm there should I download it then do what

Read the instructions on the website carefully, then you download Odin and your phones Firmware then you need to flash it onto your phone via a PC
