Stopped getting 5g SA after update

I was getting "Jio true 5g" (only SA provider in India rn) when i bought a14 5g . Next day after update (October security patch) my phone stoppped getting jio 5g and stuck on lte+. Any way to fix this?

Edit: Changed "NR" to "SA".

Contact Jio Care.I too was stucked with LTE+ network for 4days after factory reset before contacting Jio Care.And instant after contacting Jio Care I start to get 5G Network

They cann't do that instant.They will have to increase the range and strength of 5G for that physically by visiting your nearby tower.But as per you said you are not getting 5G network since you updated your device.Only they can fix your 5G network issue by requesting 5G network for your number in their system.And after that your number will definetly get 5G network but it will be based on how is 5G network before there in your corner of bed
