Please clear the cache partition of the device as well
- Turn OFF your phone.
- Press and hold the Volume UP and POWER buttons at the same time.
- Hold these buttons until the Android Recovery Menu appears.
- Press the Volume DOWN button to highlight wipe cache partition.
- Press the POWER button to select it.
Should you still experience the issue you can take the device to an accredited service center for further assistance
