Only particular models qualify for longer software support and platform updates. Your A33 and upwards had 3 platform updates, S10 upwards had 3 platform updates 4 years support and now with S24 it's 7 years.
Lower cost models typically have 2 platform updates and your phone has reached end of life support. So it won't be supported for long. We are on A25 if you want the latest version, you have to get a new phone and that's Samsung support policy
Is it fair people buy phones without enquiring about software support and blame it on samsung for not giving them updates which they are not eligible for?
