How to turn off Near by share

Please tell how to turn off near by share as it is not being off since 3 days and I even don't know how it got turned

Oh...a33 device get January security patch update in February....it's too late....I'm waiting for February security patch update....but it's fine man at least you get an update 😀....Im still waiting......but the main problem is near by share...I think Google push this update to nearby share for always on....let's see.... I'm facing same issue 😕
