Am having some issues with my midrange galaxy she has been running a o k from the date I bought her that's 1 year 10 months till yesterday I am unable to lock the lock screen black out it till i plug my headphones or charger I have tried all to my Samsung knowledge but non seams to work PLEASE HELP
