How to update google play system security patch to latest upate ?

My device Galaxy A73 5G is stuck on 1 July 2023.

My device Galaxy A 73 5G is updated to one ui 6.0 with 1 December 2023 security patch but Google play system update is stuck on 1 July 2023 ,why? That's my question.

That Google play system update send by Google, so its depends on Google . May be some glitches or delay by Google
