I have a problem with my fingerprint scanner not working out of sadden and it happened after I updated my software and I have tried to delete my fingerprint already but still is not working and I have tried to restart my phone and it works for couple of minutes and off again

From the phone dialler, enter *#0*#.
Select Sensor
Scroll down
Under Fingerprint test, Select Normal scan.
If the issue persist,
