Fingerprint stopped working since last week. I initially thought it was a hardware issue and as I was trying to open the fingerprint and it gave me warning , 'try restarting the phone if the problem persists". But surprisingly the option to check fingerprint in diagnostic tool in Samsung members has been vanished. Now I am in doubt whether is it a software issue or hardware issue. Please help me to fix it ASAP.
