Reset Network Settings.

From the home screen, swipe up to open the menu.

1.Tap Settings.

2.Tap General management.

3.Tap Reset.

4. Tap Reset network settings.

5. Tap Reset settings.

6. Tap Reset.. After the network settings on your Samsung phone have been reset, you might have to reconfigure certain settings
