Android 14

Good morning good people it is the 10th of February and the useless team at Samsung South Africa haven't rolled out Android 14 to the A53..for no reason

If you ask them you might get a reason

If you contact them, they will tell you the following: "Samsung software is rolled out at different regions in stages. You will be notified once the update is available, but we cannot tell you when that will be, we apologize (not even apologiSe, correct spelling) for the inconvenience caused."

The funny thing is I know someone with the a52, and they got the update before us, like **bleep** they got their phone from vodaom, and my is bought from Samsung store but yet they got it before me on a older phone

Even lower tream model got the update....the Samsung South Africa just hates us and doesn't want to roll out the update
