Iwould like to seek reviews frm others my A73 after the latest update has developed line on the screen ,to start with initially there was 2 line followed by 5 n now 7 line .had bn in touch with the customer service n to the service center .they verified that there had bn no physical damage n said the change the screen it will cost me 680aed,for no fault of mine .Has any one had similar experience plz share
Got the final call frm Samsung service center stating that I need to pay the full amount for the screen replacement. Samsung has cleaned themselves taking no blaming for the recent update that they proposed which result in the malfunctioning of my phone screen.at least I think IPHONE is better for they would hav brought a solution for a mishap caused by their updation .so hence forth a big NO to all Samsung products.i hav decided not to hav the phone repaired tooo .
