Ok basically there are accepted apps which are called authenticator apps. These can be freely downloaded on the playstore. The job of the app is to generate a string of numbers that u will enter into the app u are trying to get into.
Its similar to 2 step verification which means, after entering your password into an app u want to get into, the company sends u a sms or email with a 2nd password. Only when u enter that password that u can enter the app which you wanted to access in the first place.
