Issue with bixby text call

Getting this error when trying to activate the bixby text call feature.

"The linked page doesn't exist in the Galaxy Store. Check with the link provider to get the correct link. (9900)"

Does anyone know how to get this fixed?

Try downloading Korean language pack. Then select language option will be highlighted.it worked for me

I know bro, factory data reset the device. My Z Flip4 too got the same issue and i was able to download the english language pack after factory data reset. Don't forget to backup your device before factory reset.

If it got fixed by the above suggestion, please accept my comment as a solution.
