Is the 8k work on note 10 plus . And can any one explain what is the QUHD ( 60 fps) .?

the 60 fps is called (display refresh rate). Any video is composed of the sound and pictures viewed in high speed per second. the number of pictures that viewed in one second is the
refresh rate.
normal refresh rate is 32 fps which means the video show 32 pictures per one second. but in 60 fps, the video show 60 pictures per one second. this donates the video a clarity and a smoothness more than 32 fps
