Tab S7+ S pen sensitivity problem

Since the last update I can't use my s pen for handwriting or painting, it's highly sensitive, when I get it off the screen it still works, how can I solve that?

Based on your inquiry regarding the update

Kindly follow the below steps:

Restart your phone.

Check the updates.

Settings > Advanced Features > S Pen > S Pen Remote, and then make sure the switch is toggled on.

In settings tap on Advanced features.

Tap on S Pen.

Tap on Air actions.

Tap menu option.

Tap on Reset S Pen.

S Pen is being reset and reconnected.

Reset S Pen has been completed.

You can do S pen test to check if it’s working or not , Phone dial > *#0*#

Tab ‘wacom test’ Or ‘ Spen’, and then move S-pen across the yellow grid at a time. The grid will turn green.

If there is no issue during the test, we recommend that you perform a factory data reset to resolve this issue using the steps below:-

Launch the Settings app and tap General management → Reset → Factory data reset →

RESET → DELETE ALL.

Ensure all user data is backed up using smart switch

from the link below and then use the backup tool to create a data backup

If you’re still facing the same issue, kindly take the device to the service center to check on it.

OK I had installed the last update lastly, then I did factory reset and deleted all data, then I tried your instructions though it didn't work!
I am not pretty sure that I did well so I will write down wat I did here

Restart
Pen is attached
Setting
Advanced features
S Pen
Air action is toggled on
From options menu ...... reset Pen
