20200915 - On 20200828 i reported, here and directly to Samsung, about the catastrophic failure of Samsung Pay due to a recent change to the app here in South Africa regarding the 16 digit virtual card number that is used at payment time. Well today ... they confirmed that they've received the report and are "looking into it".
I know, I'm not holding my breath .. but at least there's been a response, even if it's taken them almost 3 weeks to get this far.
Meantime suckers like myself, who've came to rely on Samsung Pay for everyday purchases, need to continue walking around with pockets full of cards or cash for when the app fails us.
