Can Bixby respond to my voice only? or it only responds to anyone who calls it. Because I did the respond to my voice option and yet it responds to my niece too.

Should be you only.

Try to personalize again and do the whole voice match process again and it should fix the issue.

Also check the level of sensitivity as, if it's to high it might pick up and respond better, but the downfall is it can pick up other voices and register that as you.

Rather go with Medium. Hope this helps
