Samsung promotional bundles

Samsung should stop this current practice of making people claim promotional gifts with phones and just bundle it with phones immediately when people buy them. Even if it is 10/20 000 units, once its over then its over. People won't be stressing about not receiving their promotional gifts.

I ordered my buds on 27 March 2022.

So far nothing received yet.

i sent emails to them and no response.

Tried phoning them without any success.

They should really bundle the promo with the phone once purchased.

Fully agree. The new phone experience is marred by waiting endlessly for things that samsung knew we would struggle to receive. The struggle is not new and they should rather give us with the box from the beginning

Is it the case even where one bought the phone directly from Samsung or a Samsung outlet?

understandable so that various service providers may not want to incur further warranty costs or liabilities in that phone sales are an extention of their core business which is airtime, data etc but again they may just agree with Samsung and invoice accordingly.

This thing of removing accessories its bad honestly I like to use the earphones that come with the phone but now nothing its bad
