Hi I purchased a Samsung Note20 on 10 th October.I logged the claim on the same day.They said my IMEI number wasn't clear so I resent 4x already.Verify@samsung have claimed to have escalated to the"relevant  team" but I still haven't heard anything.Very disappointing service.I have a been a Samsung customer for many years.Teams are not responsive and its always the same feedback.Can someone please contact me regarding this?This is a promotion which you have advertised.I have bought the phone so I don't understand the issue.Also don't lure customers with false advertising.Im tired of calling and getting the same feedback.

hi if you have provided them with necessarily requirements you will receive your staff ,ibought mine on 3 October i just receive my monitor I have never did a follow up be patient

Ok holding thumbs but on the system it says rejected claim due to unclear IMEI and no one would have told me if I didn't contact them.And now after submitting new docs its just silence🤷

Tsogo_sam05 after our discussion yesterday evening I assume that all is in order and I should just wait for the courier with my TV?
