Yep have nothing new on hardware to offer so they focusing on marketing google android as their one ui 7 to sell their same old phones and keep the old phones from getting it

Yep. Android 16 is launching late this year so if we get the one ui7 next month we gonna use it for about 5 to 7 month the google and other phone will get it while we are still stuck with Android 15. It's not fair coz samsung as a premium company that compete with an iphone should be one of the first phone been the first or the second after google pixel to have the update of the latest Android than other phones
