I've been testing One UI 8 for a bit, and it feels like a minor setup of the One UI 7. (as we can all see now) It came out too early and did not deliver that much.
And this hasn't been properly discussed - if the update is like this, was it fair for phones with few updates left to lose one from their remaining updates and what about the phones that had One UI 8 as their last update.😭 There should've been patch updates and then One UI 8 comes out with a redesign.

What do you guys think about this matter?

One UI 8 doesn't have more new features, it's just a rebuild of One UI 7

Yes, I agree. So for phones that had their last One UI update, is this a good way to end their promised updates? 😭
That's why I'm saying that there should've been patches of One UI 7 and then One UI 8 be a redesign.

πŸ˜ͺ it's really bad, it would have been better if they'll get One UI 8.5 too

Exactly.😭 for people who focus more on software matters will now feel out of place and have thoughts of upgrading. I think that is the strategy- to make people buy.

Exactly like those previously called .1 updates.

I've been saying that these updates are rushed. But hey it's not up to us when we get new updates and what we get with those updates. It is what it is.

It is not good. Imagine if your last update is One UI 8 - looking buggy.
It was rushed indeed.

You'll have to buy a new phone if you don't like how it functions, obviously.
