For those that claim OneUI 7 is copying iOS 18... Please, try to be realistic for once... Just review iOS 18 and see how much Android it is. From changing icons on the lock screen, free icon placement on the desktop, scheduled messages, colour palette themeing... to such things as long pressing on a text message to react to it...
Don't be naive!

To be fair both are copying each other, but you are right, iOS 18 is as Android as it gets.

Thing is when Apple does something Android based, they do it in a way that is slightly better and people suddenly think it's the best thing after sliced bread.

Yes, mate! The problem is with the iPhone users themselves. When Apple go Android, they pretend nothing happened... but just slightly the other way round, they are all over the internet as if Apple never copies.
Take the Galaxy watch ultra, for example. Oh, Samsung copied the Apple watch ultra, Samsung that... And you think, what? Come on, you knuckleheads, the Galaxy Gear 3 is way, way older than your ugly Apple watch. The Galaxy watch ultra's design is a takeaway from the Galaxy Gear 3. It looks nowhere near the Apple watch.

Well the design is definitely one subjective thing but I do agree that the Apple Watch Ultra looks better than the Galaxy Watch Ultra. The water resistance on the Apple Watch is much better because it has dive certification to 40m and not just increased water resistance like the Galaxy watch. When it comes to usability, it depends on the platform but you will find better optimised apps on Apple watch since it's more common that wearos

While you might right, mate... my view is on the visual design and not functionality. If you just look at the two, side by side, you can straight away tell that the Galaxy watch ultra is a watch, while the Apple watch just looks more of a monitoring device than a watch. I hope you get my point now...
Functionality wise, I don't intend to use a smart watch in my life for the same reasons I do not install Samsung Health on my devices. So I will never know which is better like you do.

The Galaxy Watch looks more normal than the Galaxy Watch Ultra, for me it's a messy design, the squirel in a circular design might look unique but still looks ugly. It's like the designers didn't know what to do. If they made it look more rugged like Garmin, Casio G Shock then it would have been great. It would have been a classic samsung appearance. The Apple Watch Ultra is the better looking one.

If it looks like the Gear S3 Frontier which I have but no longer works it would have been nice. But it doesn't

I realised that a lot of these people who cry and argue about these types of things on the internet are childish or don't understand business. They don't even realize that these multi-billion dollar companies work together to take our money. We have samsung screens, Sony camera lenses, Google software, tsmc microchips, apple accessories, etc .. at the end of the day, we as consumers all win cause we can get better technology that's more accessible
