Thankfully... @UniverseIce just put out a post on X saying "even though the design language has greatly changed with OneUI 7, it still much is the Samsung style, not iOS. 

Like I said yesterday, the final release may end up impressing than disappointing.

By the way, what a style for the battery icon in the top right...

Oh yeah, the battery icon was definitely a choice. More excited about the vertical scrolling for the app drawer.
