In Zimbabwe we get them from sellers who buy them from India. F13s are all Indian and have CSCs for India only. Wel and some places around India. So to get one you should probably have someone or some seller who buys from India.
From Techno Sales shop in Harare, Zimbabwe and many other shops. Here we do not have samsung shops but third-party and on and on. They bulk buy phones from India and Europe and China. So basically we do not have carrier locked phones for Zim. We have either Global, European, American and Indian phones.
