Go to the live chat and speak to an agent. Share your reference number. I spoke to an agent yesterday and she even shared the parcel tracker with me. Surprisingly my gifts were already on its way and delivered yesterday. Samsung's communication is bad, so they do not keep you up to date ons the progress. Speak to an agent
