How many of you use dolby atmos with Bluetooth headsets is there any really noticeable difference or improvement in audio output?

Yes, there is a very big difference. If you use movie mode the sound becomes basier and deeper whereas when listening on music mode the sound is punchier and more rich

Depends on the bluetooth headset you connect and the content you're listening to.
It does make a difference and you'll hear it in most of the music on Spotify, YouTube music etc.
