I have two Samsung devices. One personal and the other one from work. My main wallet which is on my personal phone is Samsung wallet. I have Google wallet on my work cellphone but I hardly use it. I installed it just for experience. I find them to be similar and no major difference for my use case.
I can not comment on Apple wallet as I have never used it.
