Android 14 hasn't been launched officially by Google as they are still doing beta tests. It's still close to being officially launched. So hold your horses.
Beta tests are conducted in small groups by the various companies so it's totally up to them if they include us in their groups. OnePlus will launch their Android 14 version officially on September 25 and it will be a gradual rollout as usual.
Android is not like iOS with an instant worldwide launch.
