I pre-order S24ultra,delivered on 4.02 and until now I don't received my rewards, nobody was able to fix this problem only unprofessional staff. Spoke twice one in SansungWhatsApp and once in samsung chat,asked about my rewards and I received 2 stupi...
I already replied once with my order nr. AE240128-86787928...but you never replying to me ...so what happened with my rewards point? Where are all those point go?
They said after the order is completed and after 14 days it should received the point rewards...but in my case already passed 21 days(3 weeks) since received/ completed my order
