I also found that i had activated "Extra Dim" setting for screen previously and it was also contributing to dull screen and images. Deactivating the same improved the images but still not upto the mark.
My S20 FE 5G gives dull & dark images. Even A52 gives very vivid and lively pictures. No idea why this issue. People in general praise the camera but i am not happy
