I finally got a response from Samsung. If you bought the phone cash (prepaid) you will only get the buds not the watch as well. Delivery is between 7 and 14 working days.. so basically 3 weeks. I however did not get an answer on the assistant of trac...
I also bought an A55 2 weeks ago.. I'm not even getting a watch, apparently just the buds.. still don't have them .. no replies on email or phone call.. WhatsApp line isn't much help either
