Phone does not start in recovery mode and fastboot mode

After upgrading to Android 11 my m31 does not start in recovery and fastboot mode..

4g switch over problem

In my M31 network stick to 2g only. Not automatically switching over to 4g. Every time i have to change network mode from 4g to 2g only and again to 4g auto mode. Then only it connects to 4g . Very annoying.Kindly solve the issue in next update.
