Good lock app is not available in galaxy store

When i try downloading good lock app from galaxy store it is not available anymore but i see other people in my country have it. I just want to know how to fix this.

I want to downgrade my phone from one UI 6.1 to 5.1 because I don't like one UI 6.1. One UI 5 is the best
