Yes, that's the reply I got from Samsung rep over chat. As per other threads, the service center will install a new OS image with the previous update

Avoid if you can. After the March update on Fold 4, I have no Wi-Fi!Reset and safe mode don't help.And since the update cannot be uninstalled, you will have to go to Samsung service center to flush a previous OS image without this update.
