I am unable to download Spotify from Play Store in my Galaxy A50s. Its showing "Your device isn't compatible with this version".What is the problem with ? What should i do ?

I had turned off fast charging & try to charge my Galaxy A50s in normal speed. But the phone is charging just like fast charging mood. I also restarted my phone several times. But still same issue. So is this any hardware or software problem ??Thanks
