I purchased my note 9 from the middle East. Trying to change my country to UK since I moved here. I couldn't find an option to change the country. Many apps are still not available.

I get this buzzing noise and movement from the secondary lens of my Note 9 device while using live focus on the camera app. This is my new note 9 device.Cleared all cache and data from the device apps. It appears to be hardware fault.  Please help.
