Having issue with note 9 display

Hi all,I have my samsung note 9 for the last two years and haven't had any problem with the phone. Now the display have a slight greenish tint with a dull black rectangle in the middle. Is anyone facing the same issue.

Can you place make all your samsung app have an option for dark theme even this samsung member app. Even thought you have many themes that support dark mode some apps does not support dark mode.Does One Ui 2 supports dark themes on all the apps
