Value should be changing slightly... like 1 2 values up and down like the touch should be vibrating... ?? Why do I have this issue

Install this app and click on the middle option in the menu after opening the app. Click on one finger and don't move it. See if the values are changing or constant

Just touch the screen with single finger and hold it steady... don't move it... see are the values changing??
