What about the earbuts, I upgraded to A34 because I saw the advertisement and I bought the phone only to be rejected when u apply, must have been a sales trick or scam.

I bought mine through an upgrade on vodacom and my claim was rejected. Was it a legit offer or they just wanted us to buy the phone? I was hurt by all this people who were rejected, I thought I was the only one.
